Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. Please allow 3–5 business days for the carrier to scan your package into the tracking system.

Shipping Origin

God Beloved products are fulfilled through our network of trusted production and shipping partners. Each item is carefully made-to-order and shipped directly to you once production is complete.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at cs@godbeloved.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will be happy to replace or refund your order after confirmation with the carrier. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Delivery Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to deliver to:

• US Military bases (APO/FPO)
• Certain remote islands and territories outside the standard delivery network

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During holiday seasons and peak shopping periods (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), shipping times may be slightly longer due to high carrier volume. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
