The quality wasn't nearly as good as the picture in your adverisement. We were very disappointed.
It's very sturdy I love the quality. It's roomy and beautiful.

I hav-ent seen it. You sent it to the wrong address and having to pay extra to send it to the correct address
The smell is extremely strong of chemicals. I cannot return because there was "no damage" to the product. I will never use it due to the odor. Feels cheaply made.

I ordered this bag in December, was advised would have bag by December 25th for Christmas, it is January 5th still no bag , when tracking order is says still in process, don’t know if I ell ever get bag

I LOVED my bags. But as I said in the email I sent to your Customer Service Team, I received 4 bags instead of t h e 2 bags I ordered and paid for. I'm wondering how to return the 2 I did not pay for. I cannot afford to pay for and keep them on my Social Security income. Please let me know how to handle this. Again, I am thrilled with the bags!
