We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. Please allow 3–5 business days for the carrier to scan your package.
Shipping Origin
God Beloved products are fulfilled through our network of trusted production and shipping partners. Each item is carefully made-to-order and shipped directly to you once production is complete.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at cs@godbeloved.com within 30 days of expected delivery. We will be happy to replace or refund your order after confirmation with the carrier.
Delivery Restrictions
- US Military bases (APO/FPO) — not available
- Certain remote islands and territories outside standard delivery network
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once in transit. If a package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
Customs & Duties (International)
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in shipping costs displayed at checkout.
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
During holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), shipping times may be slightly longer due to high carrier volume. We recommend ordering early.
