Cancellation Policy

At God Beloved, we begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. Because our products are made-to-order, our cancellation window is limited. Please review the policy below carefully.

1. Cancellation Window

You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours from the time you successfully place the order. After this 2-hour window, our production partners begin preparing your order and cancellations are no longer possible.

2. How to Cancel or Modify Your Order

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible via:

  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Reason for cancellation or details of the modification needed (e.g., change of address, size, color)

3. Why a 2-Hour Window?

Each God Beloved product is custom-made for the customer. As soon as your payment is processed, your order is sent to our production partners and the printing/packaging process begins. This is why we cannot accommodate cancellations after the 2-hour window has passed.

4. Address Changes After the 2-Hour Window

If you need to update your shipping address after the 2-hour window, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but address changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed.

5. Cancellations Initiated by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to:

  • Stock or production issues
  • Suspected fraudulent payment
  • Inability to verify the shipping address

If we cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, along with an email explanation.

6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved within the 2-hour window, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
