Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide a prepaid return label only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 14 business days from the day we receive your package at our facility. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • The package must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt
  • Please use an insured and trackable shipping method

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email cs@godbeloved.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the item
  2. Our support team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item to the return address listed above
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items (except defective or incorrect items)
  • Custom or personalized products (except defective or incorrect items)
  • Items returned damaged, used, worn, or incomplete
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will replace the item or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.
